How are refund requests evaluated?
Each request is reviewed individually. We consider factors such as the nature of the issue, your purchase, and the status of your plan.
Will my refund go back to my credit card?
Depending on the situation, refunds may be issued to your original payment method or as GigSky Credit.
What is GigSky Credit?

How long do refunds take?
If a refund is issued to your original payment method, it may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. GigSky Credit, when issued, is available immediately.
