GigSky Credit is account credit that can be used toward eligible purchases made through the GigSky app or website.

How do I receive GigSky Credit?

GigSky Credit may be added to your account in a few ways, including:

• As part of an eligible refund resolution, when offered by GigSky.
• By redeeming a GigSky gift card or promotional code.

Why choose GigSky Credit?

When GigSky Credit is issued as a refund, it is available to use immediately. Unlike refunds to a credit or debit card, which may take several business days to appear depending on your financial institution, GigSky Credit can be applied to your next eligible purchase right away or saved for a future trip.

How do I use my GigSky Credit?

When you’re signed in to the GigSky account where the credit was issued, your available GigSky Credit is automatically applied at checkout. If your purchase exceeds your available credit, you’ll simply pay the remaining balance using your preferred payment method.

Does GigSky Credit expire?

No. GigSky Credit does not expire.

Can I transfer my GigSky Credit to someone else?

No. GigSky Credit is linked to your GigSky account and cannot be transferred to another person.

Can I exchange GigSky Credit for cash?

No. GigSky Credit cannot be redeemed for cash or converted to a credit card refund.

Where can I see my available GigSky Credit?

You can view your available GigSky Credit by signing in to your GigSky account in the GigSky app or on the website.

Can I use GigSky Credit for any plan?

GigSky Credit can be applied toward eligible GigSky data plan purchases. If a purchase isn’t eligible, you’ll be notified during checkout.
