As of October 1, 2022, Apple ended support for their proprietary eSIM technology, Apple SIM. Until now, if you have been using GigSky’s service on Apple SIM, you could only continue using our service if you were topping up or repurchasing a plan for a location you have already visited. Apple’s announcement meant that you could not buy plans for new locations.

GigSky's support for legacy Apple SIM will now end on March 31, 2026.

After this date, Apple SIM plans will no longer work, even if a later expiration date appears in the app.

To continue using GigSky service on iPad, you will need a Wi-Fi + Cellular iPad introduced in 2018 or later (see Apple’s support article for a list of supported models), or you can connect through the hotspot of an eSIM-capable smartphone.
