This list was last updated on October 1, 2024. If your device does not appear on this list, this does not mean that it is not compatible with eSIM. The only way to be absolutely sure if your device is eSIM compatible is to check with the manufacturer. Some manufacturers restrict and enable eSIM functionally through the device operating system, so always make sure that your device is running the latest release of software.
NOTE: GigSky's service is not compatible with the eSIM.me or 5ber platforms.
In addition, to use GigSky's service, the device must be carrier unlocked.
Apple iPhone
- iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, iPhone XR, and later
NOTE: eSIM on iPhone is not offered in China mainland. In Hong Kong and Macao, some iPhone models feature eSIM. An iPhone supports eSIM if you see the “Add eSIM” option in the Settings > Cellular screen.
NOTE: An iPhone is unlocked if it says “No SIM restrictions” in the “Carrier Lock” section of the Settings > General > About screen.
