We have identified that when Google does the updates for their phones (Android Updates), it resets the APNs to the default APNs and deletes the GigSky APN. In order to correct this, the customer needs to follow these steps:
2. Network and Internet
3. Mobile Network
4. Select the GigSky eSIM
6. Access Point Names,
7. Menu (tap the 3 dots on the top right)
8. Reset to Default (this will delete the APNs there)
9. New APN
10. In the Name field add "gigsky", and in the APN field add "gigsky"
11. Menu (tap the 3 dots on the top right)
12. Select Save.
This will create the APN and activate it.
