Set APN settings for Google Phones (Pixel 3, 3a, 4) eSIM

We have identified that when Google pushes updates for their phones (Android Updates), it resets the APNs to the default APNs and deletes the GigSky APN. In order to correct this, please follow the steps below:

1.  Go to Settings.

2. Select Network and Internet.

3. Select Mobile Network.

4. Select the GigSky eSIM.

5. Select Advanced.

6. Select Access Point Names.

7. Select the Menu (tap the 3 dots on the top right).

8. Select "Reset to Default" (this will delete the APNs there).

9. Select "New APN".

10. In the Name field, add "gigsky" (all lower-case and without quotation marks), and in the APN field add "gigsky" (all lower-case and without quotation marks).

11. Select Menu (tap the 3 dots on the top right).

12. Select Save.

This will create the APN and activate it.

Alternatively, you can do the following:

1.  Go to Settings.

2. Search for "Access Point Names" on the search bar.

3. Select Access Point Names for the GigSky eSIM.

4. Select the Menu (tap the 3 dots on the top right).

5. Select "Reset to Default" (this will delete the APNs there).

6. Select "New APN".

7. In the Name field, add "gigsky" (all lower-case and without quotation marks), and in the APN field add "gigsky" (all lower-case and without quotation marks).

8. Select Menu (tap the 3 dots on the top right).

9. Select Save.

This will create the APN and activate it.
