Never Delete the eSIM without contacting GigSky Support

Deleting the eSIM on the phone will not solve any issues.  The eSIM and the data plan are not the same thing.  We use different eSIMs for different plans and regions throughout the world.  Once the eSIM is downloaded to the phone, it does NOT need to be deleted, and it a new eSIM does not need to be downloaded when a new data plan is purchased for a region/country that uses that eSIM.  

Please follow the eSIM labelling instructions and label the eSIMs correctly.  There can be confusion as to which eSIM is to be turned on and selected for use.  The eSIM labels should be one of the following:

  • GigSky Plan 2 - Europe
  • GigSky Plan 5 - Japan only data plan
  • GigSky Plan 4 - All other countries/regions
