Never Delete the eSIM without contacting GigSky Support

Please do not delete the eSIM from the iPhone without contacting GigSky Support.   

Please follow the eSIM labeling instructions and label the eSIMs correctly.  There can be confusion as to which eSIM is to be turned on and selected for use.  The eSIM labels should be one of the following:

  • GigSky Plan 5 - North Sea, Gulf of Mexico, India only and Japan-only data plans 
  • GigSky Plan 4 - All other countries/regions.
