Switching Between Active Plans

If you have two plans active, a regional/country plan and the World Plan, both plans cannot be active and used at the same time. You will need to specifically select the data plan to be used.  


To select the specific plan to be used, please do the following:

  1. Go to the GigSky App.
  2. Tap Active Plans at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Select the data plan you wish to use.
