How do I switch between active plans?

If you have purchased more than one data plan, for example, a country plan, a regional plan, and the World Plan, all the plans will show as Active, but only one can be In-Use. You must manually select the data plan to be used.

To select a data plan for use:

  1. Open the GigSky App.
  2. Tap My Plans at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Select the data plan you wish to use.

You must also make sure that the correct IMSI profile is selected in your device's settings. The In-Use plan information in the GigSky App will show which profile to use, e.g. "GigSky Plan 6".
