If you've purchased multiple data plans, such as a country plan, a regional plan, and a World Plan, all will show as active, but only one can be marked as "In-Use." You’ll need to manually select the plan you want to use. You need to have multiple plans covering your current location for the option to switch between plans to show up.
To choose a data plan:
- Open the GigSky app.
- Tap My Plans at the bottom of the screen.
- Select the plan you want to use.
