I deleted my eSIM by accident. What do I do?

If you’ve deleted your GigSky eSIM, you can easily download a replacement using the GigSky app. Here’s how:

  1. Open the GigSky app and go to the My Plans screen.

  2. On your active plan tile, tap “Get new eSIM.”

  3. Select the reason your original eSIM was deleted, then tap “Submit.”

  4. You’ll return to the My Plans screen. Tap “Install eSIM” and follow the prompts to complete the installation.

Important:

  • You can use this method up to two times.

  • A GigSky eSIM works with any plan in any destination, so there’s no need to delete it after use.

  • If you’ve reached the replacement limit, please contact GigSky Support at help@gigsky.com.
