How to change Active data plans



Please make sure you have the latest version of the GigSky app installed, then do the following:

  1. Tap the 3 lines on the top left.
  2. Select Home.
  3. Tap the Active Plans icon at the bottom of the screen.
  4. Select the data plan you would like to use.

The phone will disconnect for a moment while the plan is changing from one to the other.  Tap Retry, and it will show a connection.
