I've pre-purchased a data plan but lost my home/primary service

If you have pre-purchased a data plan and you have lost your home/primary data service, it's likely because your active Cellular Data plan has been changed to your new GigSky eSIM Plan. To set this back, you need to do the following;

  1. Go to Settings > Cellular. 
  2. Tap Cellular Data.
  3. Select your home/primary SIM for cellular data.
