Why do I get System Failure when I try to download your App?

The GigSky App uses the name of your phone to create a Nickname for the eSIM that is downloaded to your phone.  When we do this, we take the name of your phone and create the nickname.  If you have emojis or special characters in the name of your phone, you will get a System Failure message.  This is temporary, we're working on correcting this issue now.
