How do I know when my data plan is getting close to expiring?

If you're using the GigSky app, you will have been prompted to turn on Notifications when it was installed. If you did so, you will receive notifications as your data is getting close to a 0 MB balance or if the duration of your plan, in days, is about to expire. 

To check if your notifications are enabled:

  1. Go to Settings > Notifications.
  2. Scroll down the list of apps to GigSky and select it.
  3. Ensure that Allow Notifications is turned ON.

You can purchase a top-up plan to extend your service at any time. However, the plan duration will be set to the duration of the top-up you have chosen or it will remain the same, whichever is the longer - it does not add days to the remaining duration of your original plan.

For example, if your plan expires on the 20th of the month, and you buy a 7 day top-up on the 16th of the month, the new expiration date will be the 23rd of the month (16 plus 7).
