To confirm if your GigSky eSIM is connected to the network from any screen:
- If you have purchased a data plan, on any screen, you can pull down on the top left of the screen to show the Control Centre.
- On the top left, if you have a GigSky eSIM active, you will see GigSky with cellular signal strength (number of bars). This will confirm you are connected to the network.
- If you do not see GigSky, you may not have your eSIM turned on. Go to Settings -> Cellular/Mobile, then to Plans and turn on the eSIM and in the Data section, select it to be used.
