To confirm your GigSky eSIM is connected to the network from any screen:
- If you have purchased a data plan, on any screen, you can pull down on the top left to show the Control Centre
- On the top left, if you have a GigSky eSIM active, you will see GigSky with a cellular signal strength (number of bars). This will confirm you are connected to the network
- If you do not see GigSky, you may not have your eSIM turn on. Go to Cellular Plans and turn on the eSIM.
