I downloaded my GigSky plan to my iPhone but now my phone number doesn't work. Why not?

Make sure that you have not selected your GigSky eSIM plan as the Default Voice Line. Doing this will deactivate your voice line.

  1. Go to Settings > Cellular.
  2. Check that Default Voice Line is set to your Primary SIM/eSIM and not your GigSky eSIM.
  3. If it is set to your GigSky eSIM, tap Default Voice Line and select the label of your domestic provider.
