Make sure that you have not selected your GigSky eSIM plan as the Default Voice Line. Doing this will deactivate your voice line.
- Go to Settings > Cellular.
- Check that Default Voice Line is set to your Primary SIM/eSIM and not your GigSky eSIM.
- If it is set to your GigSky eSIM, tap Default Voice Line and select the label of your domestic provider.
