Ensure you have not selected GiSky eSIM plan as your Default Voice Line.
- Go to Settings
- Select Cellular Data
- Check that your Default Voice Line is set to your "Primary" SIM and not your GigSky eSIM
- If it is set to your GigSky eSIM, tap Default Voice Plan and select "Primary"
