Downloaded my GigSky plan but phone number doesn't work

Ensure you have not selected GiSky eSIM plan as your Default Voice Line.

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Select Cellular Data
  3. Check that your Default Voice Line is set to your "Primary" SIM and not your GigSky eSIM
  4. If it is set to your GigSky eSIM, tap Default Voice Plan and select "Primary"
