How do I add more data to my plan?

If you need to add more data to your eSIM, follow these steps: 

  1. Log into the GigSky app.
  2. Tap My Plans.
  3. If you have an active plan, and topping up is supported for that type of plan, you'll see the words Top Up in the card for that plan.
  4. Tap Top Up.
  5. Select the size of top up you wish to purchase
  6. Tap Buy Plan.
  7. The top up will be purchased and added to your current plan.

IMPORTANT: Note that the top up will add data to your data balance. However, the expiration date for the plan will only change if the duration of the top up extends past the original expiration date. So, if you buy a 7-day top-up and you still have more than 7 days left on the original plan, the expiration date will not be extended. However, if you buy a 7-day top-up on day 29 of a 30 day plan, the expiration will be extended to 7 days from the date you topped up.
