Never delete a GigSky eSIM unless asked to by GigSky Customer Support. Deleting an eSIM will also remove your GigSky data plan, which cannot then be restored.

If asked to delete your eSIM...

iOS 

1. Go to Settings.
2. Tap either Cellular (US English) / Mobile Data (UK English).
3. Tap the plan that you want to erase.
4. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete eSIM.

Android

1. Open your phone's Settings app.
2. Tap Network & internet > Mobile network.
3. Select the eSIM you want to delete.
4. Tap Delete SIM.
