If you have purchased a data plan and the Mobile App shows that the plan is still activating after 5 minutes or more, please follow these steps:
- Make sure that you have the latest version of Windows 10/11 installed on your PC.
- Restart your PC.
- Check Cellular network connections. If GigSky is not shown:
- Please make sure you have your cellular connection ON
- Go to Settings -> Network & Internet -> Cellular and ensure Data Roaming Options says "Roam"
- Select Manage eSIM profiles and ensure GigSky is "active"
- You will now be able to use your data plan.
