If you have purchased a data plan and the Mobile App show the plan is still activating after 5 minutes or more, please follow these steps:
- Restart your Connected PC
- If you check Cellular network connection, and GigSky is not shown,
- Please make sure you have your cellular connection ON
- Go to Settings -> Network & Internet -> Cellular and ensure Data Roaming Options says "Roam"
- Select Manage eSIM profiles and ensure GIgSky is "active"
- You will now be able to use your data plan
- Please ensure you have the latest version of Windows 10 installed on your Always Connected PC.
