My Connected PC is stuck activating a GigSky Data Plan

If you have purchased a data plan and the Mobile App show the plan is still activating after 5 minutes or more, please follow these steps:

 

  1. Restart your Connected PC
  2. If you check Cellular network connection, and GigSky is not shown,
    1. Please make sure you have your cellular connection ON
    2. Go to Settings -> Network & Internet -> Cellular and ensure Data Roaming Options says "Roam"
    3. Select Manage eSIM profiles and ensure GIgSky is "active"
  3. You will now be able to use your data plan
  4. Please ensure you have the latest version of Windows 10 installed on your Always Connected PC.
