On June 2nd, 2018, we will be ending the SIM Replacement program for customers who have the original GigSky SIM, support for which ended on June 2nd, 2016. These SIM cards are printed with an ICCID that starts with the digits 891030. If the number on your SIM card starts with 891041, this article does not apply to you.
If the number on you SIM card starts with the digits 891030, you can request a replacement SIM card by contacting our customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org, providing your GigSky account email address and the ICCID number of your GigSky SIM card. This can be found printed on your SIM card, or sometimes in the settings of your mobile device. We'll confirm your eligibility for a replacement and get back to you within 24 hours. To expedite your request, please make sure that your GigSky account is updated to include a valid mailing address - from the app menu, select Account > Edit profile details.
