We aren't able to change the email address for you, but you can from the account settings by following the steps below:
If you are using the GigSky App with an eSIM:
1. Sign in to the GigSky app.
2. Go to Menu > Account > Change email.
3. Enter the new email address and the current password for the account.
4. Click "Save".
5. You will receive an email asking you to verify your email. Once you click on the link included in the email and verify your email, the process will be completed.
If you are using a physical GigSky SIM card, please do the following:
1. Go to the web app https://app.gigsky.com/ and log in.
2. On the left panel, go to "Account".
3. Select "Change Email".
4. Enter your new email address and password (optional), and click "Save".
5. You will get an email confirmation asking you to verify your email address. Click on the link included in the email message to verify your new email address, this will complete the process.
