How do I change my GigSky account email address?

You can change your email address from the GigSky account settings by following the steps given below.

Using the GigSky web app

  1. Go to the web app https://app.gigsky.com/ and log in.
  2. Select the icon at the right of the top menu to open the Account Details section.
  3. Select Change Email.
  4. Enter your new email address and your GigSky account password.
  5. Select Confirm
  6. You will receive a verification email at your new email address. Click the link in the email to verify your new email address.

Using the GigSky App

  1. Sign in to the GigSky app.
  2. Tap the Account icon.
  3. Tap Change email.
  4. Enter the new email address and the current password for the account.
  5. Tap Save.
  6. You will receive a verification email. Click the link in the email to verify the new email address.

Using GigSky on iPad

  1. Tap Cellular Data > Manage GigSky Account... > Account Settings
  2. Tap the Account icon (bottom left).
  3. Tap Change Email.
  4. Enter the new email address and the current password for the account.
  5. Tap Save.
  6. You will receive a verification email. Click the link in the email to verify the new email address.
