On Thursday, May 14, 2026, between the hours of 06:00 and 07:30 UTC, we will be carrying out essential maintenance on our backend systems. For up to 5 minutes during this activity : 

Enterprise : 

  • SIM activation and deactivation requests submitted through the portal may show as successful, but the changes may take up to 5 minutes to take effect on the SIM
  • Usage alerts and automated actions may be delayed by up to 5 minutes. SIMs that reach alert thresholds may continue to use data until the alerts are processed.

Consumer : 

  • Customers arriving in a new country may experience a delay in establishing a connection.

There will be no impact to active data connections.
