If GigSky Customer Support asks you to manually select a network on your iPhone, do the following:

Open Settings on your iPhone.

Tap Cellular (or Mobile Data).

Find your GigSky eSIM line and tap it.

Tap Network Selection.
-
Turn off the Automatic toggle.

Your phone will search for available networks — this may take a minute.
-
Select a network from the list. Choose one that matches GigSky's supported partners in your current country, as provided by GigSky Customer Support.
🔁 You can turn Automatic back on anytime to let your iPhone pick the best network.

Turn off the Select automatically toggle.

Wait while your phone scans for available networks.

Tap a network from the list. Choose one that matches GigSky's supported partners in your current country, as provided by GigSky Customer Support.
🔁 You can always turn Select automatically back on to let your phone reconnect to the best available network.

Tap SIMs (or Mobile network).

Tap Network.

Turn off the Automatically select network option.

Wait while your Pixel scans for available networks.

Choose a compatible network from the list.
🔁 You can turn Automatically select network back on at any time to let your Pixel find the best option.

How to Manually Select a Network on Microsoft Surface (GigSky eSIM)
If GigSky Customer Support asks you to manually select a network on your Microsoft Surface, do the following:

Open Settings.

Select Network & Internet.
-
Click Cellular on the left menu.
-
Under Cellular, select your GigSky eSIM connection.
-
Click Advanced Options.
-
Scroll to Network Selection.
-
Set it to Manual.
-
Wait for your Surface to scan available networks.
-
Select a compatible network from the list.
🔁 To go back to automatic selection, just set Network Selection to Automatic again.
