If GigSky Customer Support asks you for the ICCID number of your GigSky eSIM, you can find it by following these steps:
iPhone
To find the ICCID number for your active eSIMs, open the Settings app, tap “General” and then tap “About”. Scroll down and you'll find one or more sections that include an ICCID field. The sections are named according to the labels on your eSIMs so, if you know the label of your GigSky eSIM, you can find the ICCID number associated with it.
If you have more than two eSIMs on your iPhone, you can turn each of them on in turn, return to the About screen, and find the ICCID number of each one. To turn another eSIM on, open the Settings app, tap “Cellular” (which may be called something different if your language is not set to the default English), and tap one of the SIMs that are turned off. Tap “Turn On This Line” which will change the toggle switch to green. You can then go to the About screen to find the ICCID number of that eSIM.
Samsung Galaxy
To find the ICCID number for your active eSIMs, open the Settings app, tap “Connections” and then tap “SIM manager”. You’ll see a list of the eSIMs installed on your device. Tap the entry for your GigSky eSIM and then tap “More information”. The next screen will show the ICCID number for your eSIM.
If you have more than one eSIM on your iPhone, you can turn each of them on in turn from the SIM manager, and then tap each eSIM to see its ICCID number.
Google Pixel
To find the ICCID number for your active eSIMs, open the Settings app, tap “Network & internet” and then tap “SIMs”. You’ll see a list of the eSIMs installed on your device. Note whether your GigSky eSIM appears first or second on that screen. Usually, the GigSky eSIM will be the eSIM in “sim slot 2”. Go back to Settings, scroll down the list and tap “About Phone”. Tap “SIM status (sim slot 1)” or “SIM status (sim slot 2)” depending on whether the GigSky eSIM was first or second in the list on the SIMs screen.
If you have more than one eSIM on your iPhone, you can turn each of them on in turn from the SIMs screen, and then check the SIM status to find the ICCID number of that eSIM.
