How do I find the EID of my mobile device?

The EID (Embedded Identity Document) is a unique serial number corresponding to the eSIM chip installed in a connected device. If GigSky Customer Support asks you for the EID number of your mobile device, you can find it by following these steps:

iPhone

To find the EID number for your device, open the Settings app, tap “General” and then tap “About”. Scroll down until you find the field labeled EID. The 32-digit number next to the heading EID is your EID number.

If you need to copy it in order to send it to GigSky Customer Support, say, you can do this by holding your finger on the EID number. A popup labeled “Copy” will appear. Tap Copy and then you can paste the EID value as needed.

Samsung Galaxy

To find the EID number for your device, open the Settings app, tap “About phone” and then tap “Status information”. The 32-digit number next to the heading EID is your EID number.

If you need to copy it in order to send it to GigSky Customer Support, say, you can do this by holding your finger on the EID number. A popup will appear saying “Copied to clipboard”. You can then paste the EID value as needed.

Google Pixel

To find the EID number for your device, open the Settings app, tap “About phone” and then tap “SIM status (sim slot 2)”. The 32-digit number below the heading EID is your EID number.

If you need to copy it in order to send it to GigSky Customer Support, say, you can do this by holding your finger on the EID number. A popup will appear saying “Copied to clipboard”. You can then paste the EID value as needed.
