Around 08:00 UTC on Thursday, May 29, 2025, we were made aware that one of our service providers was having issues causing intermittent data connectivity. Our network team has taken steps to minimize the impact on our customers while they troubleshoot to resolve the issue.
If you are having issues, please restart your device, check that the APN is set correctly (to "gigsky"), and wait 5 minutes for a connection.
