Connectivity issues for some customers - 18 March 2025

On Tuesday, March 18th, 2025, we experience technical issues with one of our service providers which meant that some customers in the United States may have lost connectivity. This started around 17:00 UTC and was resolved around 21:00 UTC on March 18th.
