How do I cancel the GigSky service on my iPad?

We're sorry to see you go. With GigSky World Mobile Data, you only pay for data plans when you want them - there are no recurring charges. So, you can leave your iPad and Apple SIM associated with your GigSky account at no cost to you.

If you wish to proceed with canceling the service on your iPad, take the following steps:

  1. Go to Settings > Cellular Data > Manage GigSky Account...
  2. Tap Remove Plan. You'll be prompted to confirm that you want to remove the plan.
  3. Tap Remove. The plan will be removed from the iPad.

If you wish to remove the GigSky configuration from your iPad, take the following steps:

  1. Go to Settings > Cellular Data > Manage GigSky Account...
  2. Tap Remove Plan.
  3. Tap Remove. The GigSky eSIM will be removed from the iPad.
