If you enter an incorrect password five times, your GigSky account will be blocked. You will see the following message displayed in the app or web client:
"Account is blocked. Link to unblock has been sent to your registered e-mail address."
When you check your email account, you should see an email with the subject line "GigSky Account blocked". This email contains a link that opens a web page where you must set a new password. Once the password is set, you will be able to log in to your GigSky account.
You will then also receive an email with the subject line "GigSky Account Password has been changed".
If you can't find the email, just use the "Forgot password" link, and this will resend the email.
