Linking GigSky to Concur to use Apple iPad with Apple SIM

This article presumes that you already have a GigSky account, and that you're using the GigSky service on iPad with Apple SIM.

If you don't have a GigSky account:

  • Open a browser window and go to
  • Click/tap My Account in the top menu bar
  • Click/tap Sign Up on the Menu
  • Enter your Email address, Password, Confirm Password, and Select Country of Residence
  • Check the box for I’m not a robot reCAPTCHA
  • Check the box for I agree to GigSky’s Terms of Service
  • Click the Sign Up button
  • Click the Continue Button


To link your GigSky account to your Concur account:

  1. Open a browser window and go to
  2. Click/tap on My Account in the top menu bar.
  3. Log in to your GigSky account using your Email address and Password.
  4. Click Account on the side menu, and click Linked Accounts on the sub menu.
  5. Under Linked Accounts, click the Link Concur button.
  6. Enter your Concur User Name/Email Address and Password/PIN
  7. Click the Login button.
  8. Click the Allow button to enable GigSky to post receipts and invoices to your Concur account.
  9. Click OK to complete the linking of your GigSky and Concur accounts.
  10. You may now log out of your GigSky account or exit


To post a GigSky data plan purchase e-receipt to your Concur account:

On the iPad with Apple SIM that you use to connect to the GigSky data service, tap either:

Settings > Cellular Data > Manage GigSky Account...


Settings > Cellular Data > Data Plan > Add a New Plan… > GigSky

  1. Select a data plan from the dashboard screen
  2. Enter your Transaction PIN
  3. Tap the check box "Send e-receipt to Concur"


  1. Tap the Buy Plan button
  2. Tap the Close button on the Purchase completed screen


To view your e-receipt in your account Purchase History:

Tap Settings > Cellular Data > Manage GigSky Account... > Payment
