Sometimes third-party browser enhancements can cause problems with how the GigSky website displays in your browser. If you've tried our steps to clear your browser's cache and GigSky still isn't loading correctly, you can turn your browser's enhancements off to see if that resolves the issue.

Firefox
Verified for version 37
- Click the Tools icon
| select Add-ons (or Extensions).
- The "Add-ons Manager" window appears.
- Click Extensions.
- Click Disable, next to each add-on you'd like to disable.
- Click Restart Now.
Chrome
Verified for version 42
- Click Customize Chrome
| select Settings.
- The "Settings" tab appears.
- Click Show advanced settings.
- Under "Privacy," click Content settings.
- The "Content Settings" window appears.
- Under "Plug-ins," click Manage individual plug-ins.
- Click Disable, next to each extension you'd like to disable.
- Click Done.
Safari
Verified for version 8
Disable all extensions
- Click Safari.
- Select Preferences.
- Click Extensions.
- Click Off/On, to switch it to the "Off" position.
- Restart Safari.
Disable specific extensions
- Click Safari.
- Select Preferences.
- Click Extensions.
- Select an extension you'd like to disable.
- Deselect Enable.
- Restart Safari.
Internet Explorer
Verified for version 11
- Click the Tools icon
| select Manage Add-ons.
- Click an add-on you'd like to disable.
- Click Disable.
