Why can I only get to www.gigsky.com?

You have run out of data and have been sent to our "Captive Portal".

If you're seeing a data balance in your account, this could be because your "data session" is still open. The data balance you see in your account is not a real-time reflection of your actual balance. The balance is updated every time you finish a data session. So, if you use up all your data during a data session, you will be redirected to www.gigsky.com and you balance won't be updated until you close that session. To close the session and trigger a balance update, turn Airplane Mode on and off, or reboot the device.
