How do I change my payment currency?

🌍 Billing Currency Options with GigSky
GigSky supports the following billing currencies:
🇺🇸 US Dollars
🇨🇦 Canadian Dollars
🇯🇵 Japanese Yen
🇬🇧 Pound Sterling
🇪🇺 Euros

When you create your GigSky account, your billing currency is set based on your country of residence.

  • If your country doesn’t use one of the above currencies officially, your account will default to US Dollars.


 

🔄 Want to Change Your Billing Currency?

Via the GigSky Web App

  1. Go to https://app.gigsky.com and log in.

  2. Click the profile icon at the top right.

  3. Under Profile Details, click Edit.

  4. Use the Currency dropdown to select your preferred currency.

  5. Click Confirm to save your changes.

Via the GigSky Mobile App

  1. Open the app and sign in.

  2. Click the profile icon at the top right.

  3. Under Profile Details, tap Edit.

  4. Open the Currency dropdown and select your preferred currency.

  5. Tap Confirm to save your changes.
