What do I do if I lose my SIM card?

If you lose your SIM card, you can temporarily block its use from within your GigSky account:

  1. From the menu on the web app (app.gigsky.com), select "SIMs".
  2. Select the information (i) icon next to the SIM that you want to block.
  3. Tap the Block SIM button.

If you find the SIM card, to unblock it from within your GigSky account, please do the following:

  1. From the menu on the web app (app.gigsky.com), select "SIMs".
  2. Select the information (i) icon next to the SIM you want to unblock.
  3. Tap the Unblock SIM button.
