If you lose your SIM card, you can temporarily block its use from within your GigSky account:
- From the menu on the web app (app.gigsky.com), select "SIMs".
- Select the information (i) icon next to the SIM that you want to block.
- Tap the Block SIM button.
If you find the SIM card, to unblock it from within your GigSky account, please do the following:
- From the menu on the web app (app.gigsky.com), select "SIMs".
- Select the information (i) icon next to the SIM you want to unblock.
- Tap the Unblock SIM button.
