Why does the GigSky App not recognize my location?

In order for the GigSky to operate optimally, it needs to know where your device is. When you install the app, you are prompted to turn on Location Services. If you didn't turn Location Service on when you installed the app, this is how you do it:

iPhone / iPad

Settings > GigSky > Location > While Using the App

Google Pixel

Settings > Apps > See all apps > GigSky > Permissions > Location > Allow only while using the app

Samsung Galaxy

Settings > Location > App permissions > GigSky > Allow only while using the app
