How do I find the EID (Embedded Identity Document) of my mobile device

The EID is a 32-digit number that uniquely identifies your mobile device. When you contact GigSky Customer Support, you may be asked for the EID of your mobile device to help us identify your device in our system. To find the EID for your device, take the steps shown below. If you can't find the EID field, then your device may not support eSIM.

Apple iPhones

  • Using the Settings app
    • Open the Settings app.
    • Scroll down and select General.
    • Tap on About.
    • Scroll down until you see the EID field.
  • Using the Phone app
    • Open the Phone app.
    • Dial *#06# to display your EID.

Samsung phones

  • Using the Settings app
    • Open the Settings app.
    • Scroll down to About phone.
    • Tap on Status information.
    • Scroll down until you see the EID field.
  • Using the Phone app
    • Open the Phone app.
    • Dial *#06# to display your EID.

Google Pixel phones

  • Using the Settings app
    • Open the Settings app.
    • Scroll down to About phone.
    • Scroll down until you see the EID field. On some phones, you may need to tap on SIM status to find your EID.
  • Using the Phone app
    • Open the Phone app.
    • Dial *#06# to display your EID.

Apple iPad

  • Using the Settings app
    • Open the Settings app.
    • Select General, then choose About.
    • Scroll down until you see the EID field.
