  • GEM will be down for enterprise for 5 minutes.

  • Initial connection in some locations may be delayed by a minute.

• Consumer

  • Customers will not be able to buy plans when the system is being rebooted (for up to one minute).

  • Apps (Mobile , web app, GAP(C)) will show system is under maintenance message during the CR execution time (for up to one minute).

  • Initial connection in some locations may be delayed by a minute.

Active data connections will not be impacted.
