Getting Started with GigSky in the Windows Data Marketplace

To buy GigSky Data Plans for your GigSky Data SIM in the Windows Data Marketplace, you must be using the latest version of Windows 10: Creators Update, and the latest Paid Wi-Fi & Cellular app. The Paid Wi-Fi & Cellular app enables you to buy a data plan to get connected to a participating paid Wi-Fi hotspot or cellular network in your location, using your Microsoft account (MSA).

You can check your version of Windows 10 by opening a browser on your Windows device and going to this Microsoft support web page:

For the latest Paid WiFi & Cellular (PWC) App, end users should check for the latest updates from the Windows Store by following this link:

Once you have made sure that you’re running the latest PWC app and version of Windows, install your GigSky SIM card and open the PWC app. This article shows you how:

NOTE: If you have already added your GigSky SIM card to a GigSky account, you will not be able to buy data plans using the Paid Wi-Fi & Cellular app. You must use your GigSky account to buy plans, either with the GigSky smartphone app, or on the web, at app.gigsky.com.
