Why are GigSky's new data plans not visible in my app?

We have released a new SIM card, shown as "GS SIM5" in the SIM information section in the GigSky app. This allows us to offer greatly improved coverage and pricing. If you bought your SIM card after July 20th, 2017 you should have access to our new service offering. SIM cards purchased before that date can still be used, but there will be no changes to the data plans available. These are shown as "GS SIM3" in the SIM information section of the app.

To find the version of your SIM in the app, go to Menu > SIMs > My SIMs. Then tap the information icon next to the SIM name. You should see something like the following screen. The type of SIM is ringed in red.
