How to Connect to GigSky Inflight Connectivity
Getting connected is easy. Follow these steps before and during your flight.
1. Purchase your inflight plan
Before takeoff:
Download the GigSky app or open the GigSky web app.
Purchase an Inflight plan that works with your supported airline.
2. Install your GigSky eSIM
Install the GigSky eSIM on your supported device before your flight.
Make sure your device is eSIM-compatible and unlocked for use with other providers.
Tip: Complete your purchase and eSIM installation before boarding so you're ready to connect when inflight service becomes available.
3. Turn on your GigSky eSIM during the flight
Once your aircraft reaches 20,000 feet:
Open your device Settings.
Go to Cellular or Mobile Data.
Select your GigSky eSIM.
Turn on the GigSky eSIM.
4. Once connected, you can chat with friends and family, send and receive emails, browse the internet, stream content during your flight and top up your plan as needed.
